Your $79 includes two classes: the Notary Class and the Loan Signing Class. After you pass your notary exam, take the 3-hour Loan Signing Class (no extra test) and you’re certified as both a notary and a loan signing agent.

We offer the bond and E&O insurance after you pass your exam, because your paperwork needs your commission number. For Live Scan, we recommend your local police station. It’s usually the cheapest option, often $50–$60, compared with over $100 at many online providers.
